The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) program is one of NRCS' most popular tools for farmers who want to help conserve natural resources. Farmers can apply to adopt certain conservation practices on their land, and receive an EQIP contract for technical and financial assistance related to implementing those practices.
